Customer journey mapping

The Problem - Generally the apps are currently too cluttered making it difficult to focus on the task at hand. Too much information to be input for simple interactions. Unclear selections for dates. Compare fare benefits are confusing. The user is unsure/confused about what has been included in the booking process.
